What is Micronomicin  ?

The antibacterial spectrum is similar to gentamicin, and the cross-resistance with other aminoglycosides is lighter. The product is characterized by stability to aminoglycoside acetyltransferase AAC. This enzyme can inactivate kanamycin, amikacin, ribomycin, gentamicin, etc. Therefore, the product is effective against resistant bacteria that produce the enzyme.
