Baicalin is a flavone found in several species in the genus Scutellaria, including Scutellaria lateriflora (blue skullcap). It is a component of Chinese medicinal herb Huang-chin (Scutellaria baicalensis) and one of the chemical ingredients of Sho-Saiko-To, an herbal supplement.
