1. This product is a calcium channel blocker, and its effect is related to the inhibition of calcium influx during depolarization of myocardium and vascular smooth muscle.
2. This product can effectively dilate the coronary arteries in the epicardium and subendocardium, relieve spontaneous angina pectoris or angina pectoris caused by coronary artery spasm induced by ergoxin; Reduces cardiac oxygen demand, increases exercise tolerance and relieves exertive angina by slowing heart rate and lowering blood pressure.
3. This product relaxes vascular smooth muscle, decreases peripheral vascular resistance and lowers blood pressure. The extent of its hypotension is related to the degree of hypertension, blood pressure normal people only make blood pressure slightly decreased.
4. This product has a negative inotropic effect and can slow down the conduction of sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node. Carcinogenic, mutagenic and reproductive toxic effects have been reported in rats for 24 months, and no carcinogenic effects were found in mice for 21 months. No mutagenic effect was found in vitro. Animal experiments confirmed that the product had no significant effect on fertility.
