Amoxicillin, also known as Amoillin or Amilli, is the most commonly used semi-assisted penicillin-spectrum β-lactam antibiotic, which is a white powder, half-life is about 61.3 minutes. Stable under acidic conditions, gastrointestinal absorption rate of 90%. Amoxicillin is strong, and the ability to penetrate the cell membrane is also strong. It is currently one of the extensive oral semi-combined penicillin. The formulation has capsules, tablets, granules, dispersible sheets, and the like, and now often uses Craviic acid to be combined with a dispersion.

Function
Amoxicillin can cause bacterial cell wall defects mainly by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell wall. Continuous water penetration leads to the bursting and death of bacterial body, which has strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects. Amoxicillin is a penicillin-like antibiotic. Its antibacterial mechanism is to interfere with the synthesis of mucopeptide in the cell wall of sensitive bacteria, inhibit the metabolic enzymes of bacteria, trigger the activity of autolysin of bacteria itself, and cause swelling, deformation and rupture of bacteria, dissolution and death.

Application
Amoxicillin is a more common anti-inflammatory drug, and anti-inflammatory effect is better, has been many patients at home one of the necessary drugs. This product is well absorbed orally. Taking the same amount of drug, the serum concentration of this product is about twice higher than that of ampicillin. It is often used for respiratory tract, urinary tract and biliary tract infection and typhoid caused by sensitive bacteria.
